This cover from Henri Studio will do just that as it is made using weather-resistant, reinforced polyethylene and has been designed specifically for use with fountains, with a bottom tie nylon drawstring for a snug fit.
This particular cover is suitable for fountains with a maximum diameter of 91cm and a maximum height of 117cm.
