Free delivery within Mainland England and Wales for Haddonstone orders over £400. Orders under £400 will incur a £40 delivery charge.
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.

Delivery Period
As these products are made to order and need time to be crafted and cured, delivery will typically be made within 20 - 30 working days (4 - 6 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

The special qualities of caststone ensures a rapid weathering of garden ornaments, landscape ornaments and architectural cast stonework. Elegant Water Feature Beautifully Finished
Beautiful classic fountain that is both simple and elegant. Delivered shrink wrapped on pallets by the manufacturers so well protected. Great detail and it makes a very soothing backdrop with the water splashing down. Ordered in the portland finish.

Do the people who deliver the fountain, position it? Otherwise (given its weight) how do I move it from the front door to the back garden? How is it plugged into the mains? Does it have to be wired or can it just be plugged in into a socket?
We Replied:Dear Christine Thank you for your question. The fountain will be delivered shrink wrapped on a pallet. The courier will leave it at the nearest convenient point bearing in mind the weight of the product and the small wheels on a pallet truck which, for instance, will not go over gravel. You, or a suitable person, will then have to move and build it. If outside you will need external wiring put in by a qualified electrician. Does this product arrive in one piece or are there several pieces to be assembled? My concern is that if one piece, at 430kgs it will be very difficult to move into position. Does this product require a water supply or is fully self-contained?
We Replied:Dear Leleon Thank you for your question. This product comes in 12 sections and I have attached a specification sheet which has the weights of the components. This is a self contained water feature so does not need a water supply.
