Description
The fabulous 18 x 16ft Chalet Log Cabin is the largest from this superb range of Power garden buildings. Stylishly presented and constructed from only top grade materials, it has has incredible potential for both leisure and work.
Ideal as a spacious summer retreat, a hobby studio or garden office if you work from home, the cabin is distinctly alpine in appearance with weatherproof 44mm log cladding, chalet cut corners and an overhanging apex roof.
All the timber is responsibly sourced from Scandinavia where is has grown slowly to develop great strength and durability. The logs are interlocked and the cabin is assembled using Power's inventive notching system.
The comfortable interior is filled with light from tilt and turn anthracite grey uPVC windows and doors which are fitted with insulating double toughen glass glazing. This creates a warm and inviting space suitable for a host of different purposes.
Great attention has been paid to every detail, the doors have a low threshold so access is easy for everyone, windows have external sills, there's Burford style skirting, and all your belongings will be protected by a 5 point locking mechanism.
Tongue & groove floor and roof boards are both attractive and hardwearing, and covering the roof with EPDM, a flexible rubber membrane which has a life span of approximately half a century, rather than cheaper felt, reflects Power's commitment to only high quality materials.
Although a substantial structure, planning permission shouldn't be required as the height of the cabin is below 250cm with continued rigidity ensured by the presence of extra deep roof purlins. Tanalised bearers provide support, encouraging air to flow under the cabin to eliminate the chances of rot occurring.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
