Description

A superb enhancement for your garden and lifestyle, the Power 18 x 12ft Chalet Log Cabin is wonderfully designed and substantially built to make the most of marvellous Scandinavian timber.

44mm interlocking logs create attractive weatherproof cladding with chalet cut corners that provide a lovely finishing touch. An overhanging roof adds to the cabin's distinctive alpine appearance and all the timber is sustainably sourced.

Contemporary anthracite grey windows and doors contrast with the wood's natural finish, the uPVC windows tilt and turn while the double doors have a low threshold to provide the simplest access. A five point locking mechanism offers very effective security for all the contents.

Both windows and doors are double glazed with toughened glass so that light streams into the interior and the insulation that is provided means you can use this spacious cabin at any time of the year for many different activities.

Inside there are hardwearing 19mm floor and roof boards, these are in the attractive tongue & groove style with Burford style skirting, Only high quality materials are used for this cabin with EPDM employed as a roof covering, a long lasting rubber membrane rather than cheaper felt that would need to be replaced regularly.

An innovative notching system is employed to make assembly as easy as possible and extra deep purlins strengthen the roof which is kept below 250cm so that planning permission should not be required.

Supporting the cabin and encouraging air to circulate to avoid any chance of rot are tanalised bearers, and a ten year guarantee is offered by Power for a fantastic building that may well be your next office, studio or garden retreat.

Delivery Information

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.

Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 20 working days (3 - 4 weeks).

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
