Description
Power's 16 x 16ft Chalet Log Cabin from Power is attractively and substantially built from high quality timber sustainably sourced from Scandinavia where it has grown slowly to gain great strength.
It's a versatile structure with many uses that will enhance both your garden and lifestyle options. Ideal as a relaxing summer retreat, a garden office away from any distractions or perhaps a studio where you can pursue a hobby.
Wonderfully designed with traditional chalet cut corners and overhanging roof, assembly with all the fixings supplied is made easy by an innovative notching system that interlocks all the 44mm logs to form weatherproof cladding.
In addition to the traditional features there are contemporary anthracite grey tilt and turn uPVC windows and double doors. They are double glazed with toughened glass to insulate the interior and fill it with bright sunlight so that it can be used throughout the year.
The fully glazed doors can be positioned on either side and they have the advantage of a low threshold to make access even easier plus a 5 point locking mechanism that safeguards all the cabin's contents.
There are 19mm tongue & groove timber boards covering the roof and floor with Burford style skirting and, protecting the roof, is EPDM that flexes rather than cracks and has a life span of up to 50 years, far superior than normal roofing felt.
The height of the cabin has been deliberately kept below 250cm so that planning permission should not be required, support is provided by tanalised bearers that allow air to circulate, and Power offer a ten year guarantee against rot.

We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on our Power branded log cabins.
Inclusive delivery is to mainland areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man/Wight and Guernsey/Jersey. Delivery to these areas will incur an additional delivery charge quoted upon ordering. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks). (Please allow an extra few more days for parts of Scotland and selected post codes including AB, DD, EX, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PL, PH, SA, TQ, TR). For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
