Description
The 16 x 14ft Chalet Log Cabin from Power is from a superbly designed range, garden buildings that offer versatility and style in equal measure. Constructed from only high quality materials, it impresses on every level.
Only sustainably sourced Scandinavian timber which has great strength and such a pleasing appearance is used for this substantial structure. The log cladding is 44mm thick, and with 19mm tongue & groove floor and roof boards, the cabin can be purposed as a summer hideaway, office or studio among many other alternatives.
Although traditional in appearance with chalet cut corners, the cabin has contemporary anthracite grey uPVC windows and double doors whose positioning is customisable. The roof is protected by EPDM, a modern alternative to roofing felt, that has a far longer life span as it flexes without cracking.
Toughened glass is used for all the double glazing, the interior of the cabin is therefore a light filled and warm environment that is well insulated and can be used all year round. The doorway has a helpful low threshold and all the contents can be secured by a 5 way locking mechanism.
The shed's assembly is assisted by a market leading notching system so that the logs interlock easily and very effectively with the sturdiest results. All that you require is supplied and, because the cabin's height is less than 250cm, you should not have to apply for planning permission.
So that the frame remains rigid and strong at this reduced height, extra deep roof purlins are in place. Tanalised bearers are positioned below the structure, these allow air to circulate and prevent rainwater damage, adding to the reassurance offered by a generous ten year guarantee against rot.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
