Forming part of a tremendously well designed range of garden buildings, the 16 x 12ft Chalet Log Cabin from market leaders Power is constructed from lovely Scandinavian timber and boasts a huge variety of uses.
If you have ever thought of having a home office, garden gym or a quiet place where you can concentrate on a pastime, then this versatile, well insulated and good looking structure would be an excellent choice.
Clad in 44mm logs that have been responsibly sourced, the corners are cut in the familiar chalet style, however this is a thoroughly modern building with anthracite grey double glazed tilt and turn uPVC windows fitted with toughened glass.
There's great attention to detail with a low threshold entry through wide double doors with a five point locking mechanism. These are fully glazed and help fill the interior with lots of useful light, double glazing also insulates the cabin so that it is welcoming and warm.
19mm tongue & groove roof and floor boards are very robust and you can be sure the roof is watertight as it's covered in EPDM, a rubber membrane with a 50 year anticipated life span, far superior than normal roofing felt.
Power's innovative notching system means that assembling the shed is as easy as possible with the sturdiest results. Everything you need is included and, as the cabin height is less than 250cm, no planning permission should be necessary.
Extra deep roof purlins ensure the cabin remains strong and rigid, and air circulates below the cabin due to tanalised bearers, this prevents rot occurring and allows Power to offer a ten year guarantee.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
