Only beautiful Scandinavian timber is used to build the Power 12 x 16ft Chalet Log Cabin, a delightful garden building that has so much potential if you want to increase your lifestyle choices and enhance the way you live and work.
Featuring stylish chalet style corners, the cabin is clad in 44mm logs which interlock with each other through an ingenious notching system. This makes assembly as simple as possible while ensuring a weatherproof structure and you can be sure that all fixings along with thorough instructions are supplied.
A low threshold for the double doors is part of a design that pays great attention to detail, this makes access exceptionally easy, security is provided by a 5 point locking mechanism, and the doors can be placed on the left or right.
The uPVC windows are contemporary anthracite grey in colour, have external sills and open by tilting and turning. Both windows and doors are double glazed with toughened glass so the interior is bright and well insulated, ready to be used at any time in the year for a range of activities.
Tongue & groove timber is used to ensure that the flooring and roof are exceptionally hardwearing. The floor boards are finished with Burford style skirting and the roof is waterproofed not by cheap felt but long lasting EPDM which has an expected lifespan of about half a century - so shouldn't need replacing.
As the cabin height is below 250cm with extra strong roof purlins, no planning permission should be required although checking local council guidelines is recommended, and supporting the floor are tanalised bearers with create a healthy flow of air beneath the cabin.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
