Description
Attractively presented and sturdily built using only high grade materials including sustainably sourced Scandinavian timber, the Power 12 x 14ft Chalet Log Cabin has so much potential while enhancing the appearance of your garden.
Clad with 44mm logs, the cabin is weatherproof and features iconic chalet style corners. Assembly is designed to be an easy process as the logs interlock using an innovative notching technique and everything you need is supplied including detailed instructions.
Access through the cabin's wide double doors is helped by such a low threshold and the doors benefit from a secure 5 point locking mechanism. You have the option of locating them on the left or right and they are fully glazed for maximum light transmission.
Only toughened glazing is used for the doors and the tilt and turn anthracite grey windows which have external sills. This creates a bright interior which is well insulated and therefore can be used for a variety of activities throughout the year.
The use of tongue & groove timber means that the roof and floor boards are particularly robust, there's attractive Burford skirting, and EPDM, which has an expected life span of 50 years, ensures a long lasting waterproof roof.
You shouldn't need to obtain planning permission as the cabin height has been kept below 250cm with strong purlins adding the necessary rigidity. Providing support are tanalised bearers which allow air to flow underneath the cabin.
All the cabins have a ten year guarantee against rot and decay, once in place the extra living, working or relaxation space will be immediately apparent, a valuable resource that can be a music room, garden office, gym or just somewhere to get away from domestic distractions.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland UK
We offer inclusive delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on our Power branded log cabins.
Due to the size of this log cabin range, delivery is to mainland UK areas only and excludes offshore islands, Scottish Islands, offshore Scottish sub-postcodes of PA, IV, KW & PH, Isle of Man/Wight, Guernsey/Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made in 15 - 25 working days (3 - 5 weeks).
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on a large lorry, usually on a 26-ton HIAB truck. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order, as any failed deliveries due to access restrictions may occur failed delivery and return charges.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
