Description
Smaller than its larger counterpart, the Mini Alex log cabin from Lasita's range of exceptionally well-designed cabins is still a substantial structure that can be used in a variety of different ways and is capable of uplifting any outdoor space.
Using only the finest Nordic Spruce, the logs used for the construction are 44mm thick and will interlock with no fixings required. The cabin sports a charming and timeless design and will suit a wide range of outdoor settings. Entry is granted through large, windowed double doors with a single-window positioned adjacent on the same side. In both cases, premium double glazing has been used for maximum heat retention and durability. Further, the door and window can have their positions reversed during assembly should you wish.
The ridge height of 2.5m will make planning where to have your cabin that much easier in British gardens as this is the maximum height allowed before planning permission is required. However, there are other stipulations so we always recommend checking with your local council first.
Due to the interlocking build style of the cabin, it's easy to assemble with full detailed instructions provided. The pressure treated base beams and floor bearers along with the chalet corner jointing provide valuable extra resistance against strong winds and adverse conditions, as well as extending the lifespan of the structure significantly, backed by the manufacturer's guarantee.
Once inside the cabin, you will not only notice that it's well lit with natural light pouring in through the double glazed windows, you'll also notice strong, 18mm thick tongue and groove cladding on the floor and ceiling braced with high-quality fixings. The 4.61m² of floor space allows for the cabin to be used for a variety of purposes, whether that's an office, a gym or simply a relaxing summerhouse!
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is a guttering kit, an insulation kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

We offer inclusive delivery on Lasita Maja log cabins and structures within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Northern Scotland Including KW, IV, AB, PA, FK, KY, EH, ML, G, PH, DD and KA
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands Including HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA27-28, KW15-17
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
