The double sliding doors are so useful when carrying large gardening equipment or tools, and just as important if you have a disability. Beautifully curved eaves are the most obvious exterior design feature, look inside and you’ll see that the eaves and ridge are of a very practical height. 

Two opening vents help maintain the correct humidity and temperature and allow air to circulate effectively. Roof and corner braces increase the strength of the greenhouse while the powder coated frame maintains its pristine appearance by not suffering from oxidisation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver VitaVia greenhouses to allotments due to delivery carrier limitations.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 30 working days (2 - 6 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Excellent product

An excellent greenhouse especially in the green. Instruction easy to follow, read through them a couple of times for each section, especially the doors as very easy to get the verticals wrong way round. All parts where marked with ID numbers as in the instructions. Put it together by myself with a little help from the wife when putting the front, back and sides together. I also bought the base so got a perfect level for when the greenhouse went on it. Garden site had the best price at time of ordering. Contacted near to delivery date to confirm a day and approx time. Overall an excellent product and cannot fault anything about it or with Garden Site.
