Description

Beautifully designed and thoroughly practical, this outstanding greenhouse offers all gardeners a wonderful opportunity to enjoy cultivating many different types of plant, both native and exotic, large and small.

The curved eaves made from UV protected acrylic and high ridge add useful extra height to accommodate tall varieties, they also make moving about inside the greenhouse very easy.

Access is simple with the smooth sliding single door. Temperature and humidity are controlled by the door and an opening vent, and there is integral guttering to save rainwater ready for re-cycling.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver VitaVia greenhouses to allotments due to delivery carrier limitations.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 30 working days (2 - 6 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Pleased with my Vitavia Orion 5000

Delivery driver was within one minute of the time he gave me the previous evening and was very helpful. The kit is extremely well engineered and all the holes line up just as you would want them to. I spent a lot of time looking locally and online and could not have paid less for this greenhouse. I specified toughened glass for my exposed site and found this much easier to handle than the horti glass I have used on previous greenhouses. I also specified bar-capping as an option to help with the resilience of the frame, and would recommend this option regardless of your site requirements because it massively reduces the number of horrible, sharp and fiddly glass clips needed. It also looks much neater. If I'm quibbling, the Vitavia instructions could be clearer; they are the usual euro-pictograms which leave you scratching your head and offering everything up twice before realising you've put the bolts through the wrong way. That said, the components are clearly labelled. Also, the bar-capping kit comes as a precisely cut selection of bars virtually none of which fit. After a phone call it turns out they are not supposed to fit, and you just cut what you need out of the excess. Had there been a simple note to that effect I could have glazed my greenhouse in the nice weather on Sunday rather than waiting to speak to the office and work in the rain on Monday.
