Description
This is an outstanding chance for any keen gardener to take delivery of a superb package that includes a Titan 8ft x 12ft Greenhouse already equipped with a terrific range of accessories included in the price.
The Core-Vect technology that Elite has developed makes their greenhouses undoubtedly stronger than others on the market, designed and built to withstand adverse weather conditions. In addition, each roof bar has cantilever bracing and high tensile bolts secure the integral base that enhances the structure's rigidity.
With an attractive appearance as well as proven strength, the aluminium frame has a milled silver finish as standard. However, as an alternative, there are eleven colour powder coatings to choose from, these are very durable, corrosion and UV resistant. As no solvents are used, a powder coating is also more eco-friendly than paint.
Bar capping to secure the Grade A 4mm toughened safety glass will be the same colour as the frame, wire clips are also used to ensure the glazing stays in place and a rubber fin seals the glass and frame to prevent any water ingress. To waterproof the roof, there is a canopy ridge bar and integral gutters allow you to collect rainwater with the supplied kit.
Accessibility for everyone is a prime consideration, that's why the wide sliding doors have a low threshold and a cambered cill that won't hinder wheelchairs. The chances of tripping are also reduced and pushing a wheelbarrow into the greenhouse will be much easier. For security, the double doors are fitted with a lock and key.
Good air circulation will help ensure the health of your plants and to maintain the correct temperature and humidity level, so there are two roof vents and a 10 blade louvre already fitted. Automatic openers for when you are away from home are installed on two of these, and more vents and openers can be optioned.
Also included in the package are full length 7 slat staging and 2 slat shelving that no greenhouse should be without as they are invaluable for seed trays, when you are potting plants and for storage. There are also useful grow hooks for tomatoes and similar vines and, on the list of accessories, you'll find many other practical and decorative items.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.

Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.

One rainwater collection kit is already supplied with this package, which includes two downpipes, and two stoppers. However, a second kit can be purchased if you wish to have a total of four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse.

Connects both gutters from the standard rainwater kit together to create one main outlet, meaning that you only need one water butt that will fill up twice as quick.
If you decide to purchase an additional 'Rainwater Collection Kit', you may wish to have 2 of these 'One Gutter' Kits to reduce the number of downpipes required from 4 to 2.

This compact and slim design water barrel offers a rigid moulded plastic design with a capacity of up to 100 litres (22 gallons). Made to complement the rainwater kit, this barrel ensures the collection of rainwater is a simple task, and when raised on the included stand allows for simple access to the incorporated tap.

A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Elite Greenhouse Information
Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.

How many rainwater collection kits are included, is there one for each side?
We Replied:Dear Jackie Thank you for your question. The included rainwater kit comprises of pipe work and outlets for both gutters and stoppers to terminate the opposite ends. The system works by collecting the rainwater into a barrel or other designated outlet (water barrels are sold separately further down on the product page - two water butts would be required to capture water from both sides).
