Description
The Elite Titan 800 8ft x 12ft Greenhouse is part of a range that's designed to be both strong and good looking, a real asset to any practical gardener and at a great price.
Rigidity is built into the frame by Core-Vect Technology and cantilever braces, it's therefore a very stable structure with an integral base, probably the strongest of its type.on the market today.
Powder coating gives the frame extra protection, it is hardwearing and doesn't suffer from UV degradation, you can choose from nine colours. Alternatively, leave it as milled silver aluminium, which is rust and rot resistant.
Wide double doors that slide open reveal a spacious interior, entry isn't a problem even if you are pushing a wheelbarrow or in a wheelchair due to the low threshold. For full accessibility, doors can be fitted at both ends.
It won't be difficult to develop a flourishing growing environment, excellent light transmission is offered by toughened glass or you can choose polycarbonate glazing which is more opaque but disperses light very effectively and has better insulating qualities.
Two roof vents and an impressive ten blade louvre are necessary to ventilate the greenhouse during the summer, ensuring that the temperature and humidity is controlled. Automatic vent openers can be fitted as an optional extra.
Other accessories include roof finials for decoration and a collection kit that can be added to the greenhouse gutters to recycle rainwater.

We offer two different types of glazing: single sheet 4mm Toughened Glass or 6mm Polycarbonate Glazing.

with Single Sheet 4mm Toughened Glass
Toughened to British Standard Class 6206 Grade A and European Standard EN12150 for maximum light and extra safety. All toughened glass models in this range utilise full sheet glass in the roof and side walls. This makes for a much cleaner line with no build up of moss or algae where the sheets of glass would normally overlap.
with 6mm Polycarbonate Glazing
As well as the safety element it is a superb insulator, with the air trapped between the inner and outer skin acting as a mini double glazing unit. This will reduce winter heating costs. To aid growing polycarbonate defracts the sun's rays twice as it passes through the twinwall. This effect disperses the light far more evenly around the greenhouse. Supplied in a full sheet format and offers a more opaque appearance.
Option 3 > Cresting & Finials
Crestings and finials are available in either a standard silver aluminium or any of the powder-coated colours chosen for your greenhouse frame. If required please tick the appropriate checkbox below to match the colour of the finials to your chosen greenhouse colour finish above.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.

Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.

with Electric Palma 2KW Heater
A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

with Elite Standard Rainwater Kit
Each standard kit includes two downpipes (with stopper for the opposite end), offering one downpipe for each left and right side of the greenhouse. This allows rainwater to flow out of the two downpipes, and optionally be stored into two water butts (sold separately).
Purchasing two kits will give you four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse, allowing rainwater to be optionally stored into four water butts (sold separately).
with Rainwater Kit to One Gutter Kit
An easy way to combine the integral gutters on your greenhouse roof to a single outlet.
This kit includes pipework that goes along the back of your greenhouse, connecting both sides of the integral roof guttering, then flowing out of one single downpipe.
This means that you will only need one water butt.
You do not require the standard rainwater kit if you opt for this version.

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.

Does the silver/unpainted Titan Greenhouse come with silver bar capping or a choice of coloured capping?
We Replied:Dear Graham Thank you for your question. We can offer the bar capping in any of the available powder-coating colour options for you, this won't cost you any extra. The available colours are the same as the frame colour options, except for the silver as Elite do not offer a silver bar capping option. Usually, graphite or black are the popular choices to go with the silver frame. Just let us know in the comments box during checkout your colour preference for the bar capping chosen from the frame colour options on the product page.
