Description
With the Titan 7ft x 10ft Greenhouse Package you have everything required to create a highly productive environment within a structure that is built for strength and easy access.
Benefitting from Elite's Core-Vect Technology, the Titan's aluminium frame is designed to withstand adverse weather conditions with an integral base and cantilever bracing that strengthens individual roof bars. This results in a rigid and warp-free structure that is incredibly robust.
Easy access is through wide double doors that slide open to reveal a particularly low threshold that's fitted with a cambered cill, ideal for wheelchairs when you are pushing a barrow or carrying large items and don't want to trip over. The doors have a lock and key to keep everything inside safe.
Although the emphasis is on strength, the greenhouse's appearance isn't neglected. The frame can be one of eleven colours or you can keep with the standard milled silver finish. Coloured powder coatings are more eco-friendly than paint and will add durability as well as long-lasting corrosion resistance.
The roomy interior is kept dry by a canopy bar that waterproofs the roof and 4mm toughened safety glass secured to the frame with wire clips and bar capping in a matching colour to the frame. A rubber fin seals the glass and frame, preventing water seeping in and causing condensation.
Keen gardeners will appreciate the usefulness of the full length 2 slat shelf and 7 slat staging, both are usually expensive options but are included in this package. Integral gutters are also already in place and a rainwater collection kit supplied, your plants will thrive on this natural resource rather than tap water.
To regulate temperature and humidity, two roof vents and a 10 blade louvre are fitted as standard. One vent and the louvre have an automatic opener, they will prove very useful if you want to go on holiday or are away from home and, if you want to increase the flow of air, more vents and openers can be installed.
The list of accessories is substantial and, along with very practical optional extras such as vents, staging, heaters and water butts, includes decorative items in the form of roof crestings and finials.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
This greenhouse package is already provided with staging along one side, although you may purchase more staging for the other side of your greenhouse.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.
This greenhouse package is already provided with shelving along one side, although you can purchase a second set to have shelving across both sides of your greenhouse.
Each shelf can be adjusted to any height you require and fit your greenhouse framework with the included diagonal braces.

Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.

One rainwater collection kit is already supplied with this package, which includes two downpipes, and two stoppers. However, a second kit can be purchased if you wish to have a total of four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse.
with Rainwater Kit to One Gutter Kit
Connects both gutters from the standard rainwater kit together to create one main outlet, meaning that you only need one water butt that will fill up twice as quick.
If you decide to purchase an additional 'Rainwater Collection Kit', you may wish to have 2 of these 'One Gutter' Kits to reduce the number of downpipes required from 4 to 2.

This compact and slim design water barrel offers a rigid moulded plastic design with a capacity of up to 100 litres (22 gallons). Made to complement the rainwater kit, this barrel ensures the collection of rainwater is a simple task, and when raised on the included stand allows for simple access to the incorporated tap.

This Elite water barrel offers a rigid moulded plastic barrel design with a capacity of up to 210 litres (46 gallons). with Electric Palma 2KW Heater
A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

Ideal as a frost heater in larger greenhouses or for more
concentrated use in a greenhouse up to 5 square metres, the
Super Warm 5 boasts a 4.5 litre capacity fuel tank which will
burn continuously for a staggering 3.5 days on one filling.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery will typically be made within the below timeframes, depending on the model:

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.
