Description
An impressively large structure, the superb Elite Titan 700 7ft x 20ft greenhouse will meet and exceed the ambitions of any serious gardener.
Not only large but very strong, this is a greenhouse that benefits hugely from Cor-Vect technology to guarantee the sturdiest possible frame. Add cantilever bracing on every bar and an integral base and you have one very robust greenhouse.
The frame is maintenance free, constructed from rust and rot resistant aluminium that can be coated in a choice of nine colours or left with a silver milled finish.
Accessibility is first rate with smooth sliding double doors with a low threshold to accommodate wheelbarrows and wheelchairs which have problems gaining entry into more traditional greenhouses. For greater access you may consider installing double doors at both ends.
Needless to say the interior is very spacious with more than enough room for staging and storage in addition to a vast growing area of nearly 150sq ft that will satisfy the demands of any enthusiast.
Polycarbonate or toughened glass is the glazing choice, the former offers better insulation and light defraction while the latter has excellent light transmission.
Essential ventilation is provided by six roof vents and a ten blade louvre window that create a effective flow of air throughout the greenhouse which is so important to maintain an optimum growing environment.
To save you time and trouble or for use when you are absent, automatic openers can be fitted to the vents. Other options include roof finials and a rainwater collection kit that can be fixed to the gutters that come as standard together with bar capping.

Option 2 > Choose Your Greenhouse Glass
We offer two different types of glazing: single sheet 4mm Toughened Glass or 6mm Polycarbonate Glazing.

with Single Sheet 4mm Toughened Glass
Toughened to British Standard Class 6206 Grade A and European Standard EN12150 for maximum light and extra safety. All toughened glass models in this range utilise full sheet glass in the roof and side walls. This makes for a much cleaner line with no build up of moss or algae where the sheets of glass would normally overlap.
with 6mm Polycarbonate Glazing
As well as the safety element it is a superb insulator, with the air trapped between the inner and outer skin acting as a mini double glazing unit. This will reduce winter heating costs. To aid growing polycarbonate defracts the sun's rays twice as it passes through the twinwall. This effect disperses the light far more evenly around the greenhouse. Supplied in a full sheet format and offers a more opaque appearance.
Option 3 > Cresting and Finials?
Crestings and Finials are available in either a standard silver milled aluminium or any of powder coated colours depending on your chosen greenhouse frame above.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
You can have staging down one or both sides of your greenhouse, either to fully fit the sides or just to partially cover.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.
Shelving can be installed on both sides of your greenhouse.

Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.

with Elite Standard Rainwater Kit
Each standard kit includes two downpipes (with stopper for the opposite end), offering one downpipe for each left and right side of the greenhouse. This allows rainwater to flow out of the two downpipes, and optionally be stored into two water butts (sold separately).
Purchasing two kits will give you four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse, allowing rainwater to be optionally stored into four water butts (sold separately).
with Rainwater Kit to One Gutter Kit
An easy way to combine the integral gutters on your greenhouse roof to a single outlet.
This kit includes pipework that goes along the back of your greenhouse, connecting both sides of the integral roof guttering, then flowing out of one single downpipe.
This means that you will only need one water butt.
You do not require the standard rainwater kit if you opt for this version.

A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery will typically be made within the below timeframes, depending on the model:

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.
