Description
High, wide and handsome seems an accurate description of this superb Elite Titan 1200 12ft x 10ft Greenhouse, not forgetting that it is also extremely strong.
The aluminium frame is exceptionally sturdy, Core-Vect technology making this greenhouse reputedly stronger than anything similar on the market today, and cantilever bracing on each bar provides extra rigidity.
Maintenance free due to rot and rust resistance, the frame can be protected by adding a powder coating. There are nine colours available, so choose one that complements the surrounding landscape.
Problems can arise gaining entry into a greenhouse if the threshold is too high. Elite have addressed this concern with a low threshold, so even if you are in a wheelchair or pushing a wheelbarrow, access should be easy through wide double doors that slide open.
To further improve accessibility, why not take up the option of another set of double doors at the far end?
Coming as standard with the greenhouse is toughened glazing and bar capping. This is a sensible choice given its excellent light transmission. However there is a choice. The alternative is a more opaque polycarbonate that disperses light more evenly and has excellent insulation qualities to save you money if have the greenhouse heated over winter.
So that a thriving growing environment can be maintained, ventilation is essential. Two roof vents and a large ten blade louvre are already in place, if this proves insufficient all you have to do is to fit some more. Auto vent openers are also a good idea if you go on holiday or just to save time and trouble opening the vents each day.
Sowing seed, potting on and displaying your plants will require shelving and staging, and many sizes and types are available along with many other accessories that will guarantee your enjoyment of this tremendously impressive greenhouse.

Option 2 > Do I Need a Base?
Yes, quite simply you do. Greenhouse frames need to lip over a base (or upstand) which also allows the door to lip under the frame. The base also gives you the required height needed inside your greenhouse. Without a base your greenhouse would be 5ins too low.
Preformed Alloy Bases are available in either milled silver aluminium or powder coated to match your chosen frame colour.

Select this option if you intend to build your own Brick Base. Please note that the number of bricks used in the base height will result in a higher step-over into the greenhouse. Overlapping cills demonstrate a need for accuracy when building a brick base.

Option 4 > Additional Rear Double Doors?
Having double doors at the rear of your Greenhouse is very convenient because you will be able to gain access from both ends and walk straight through your Greenhouse with ease.

The AuotVent is an automatic window-opener. It's able to open and close a roof vent within a certain celsius range to vent your greenhouse when it gets overly hot. One Ventomatic will be required per Vent.

When used in conjunction with an Elite Louvre window, this device can be pre-set to open the window as and when needed when the temperature reaches a certain degree.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
You can have staging down one or both sides of your greenhouse, either to fully fit the sides or just to partially cover.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.
Shelving can be installed on both sides of your greenhouse.
Each shelf can be adjusted to any height you require and fit your greenhouse framework with the included diagonal braces.

Elite's aluminium hybrid panels come as a complete set to replace the section of glazing at the bottom of your greenhouse, offering an extremely strong, virtually unbreakable on-impact durability which is great to protect your greenhouse from being hit or knocked with the lawnmower, stones and pets.
If you have chosen standard silver aluminium for your greenhouse frame, then you will need to choose a powder-coated colour for your hybrid frames (hybrid panels are not available in plain silver). Colours available are:
Green, White, Black, Graphite, Brown, Berry, Olive, Stone, Mocha or Navy.
Please let us know your colour choice in the Notes section during checkout.
If you have chosen a powder-coated colour for your greenhouse frame, then the hybrid panels will be colour matched to that colour unless otherwise stated.

with Electric Palma 2KW Heater
A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

Ideal as a frost heater in larger greenhouses or for more
concentrated use in a greenhouse up to 5 square metres, the
Super Warm 5 boasts a 4.5 litre capacity fuel tank which will

with Elite Standard Rainwater Kit
Each standard kit includes two downpipes (with stopper for the opposite end), offering one downpipe for each left and right side of the greenhouse. This allows rainwater to flow out of the two downpipes, and optionally be stored into two water butts (sold separately).
Purchasing two kits will give you four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse, allowing rainwater to be optionally stored into four water butts (sold separately).
with Rainwater Kit to One Gutter Kit
An easy way to combine the integral gutters on your greenhouse roof to a single outlet.
This kit includes pipework that goes along the back of your greenhouse, connecting both sides of the integral roof guttering, then flowing out of one single downpipe.
This means that you will only need one water butt.
You do not require the standard rainwater kit if you opt for this version.

This compact and slim design water barrel offers a rigid moulded plastic design with a capacity of up to 100 litres (22 gallons). Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a Class II, 15 tonne, 11’4” high, 30’ long and 8’6” wide lorry. This may depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.
