Description
The Elite Titan 1000 10ft x 20ft Greenhouse is hugely impressive in many respects, its sheer size is matched by top specifications and a host of features.
As you might expect, the frame is built with strength in mind, Core-Vect Technology has been employed to ensure the aluminium is much thicker and more robust than in the past and this, together with extensive bracing, ensures a rigid and very stable structure able to withstand strong winds and bad weather.
The milled silver frame can be enhanced by a range of tough powder coatings. There's nine to choose from, they are all hardwearing and the colours are UV resistant.
For the glazing, that creates such a bright sunlight filled interior, you can retain standard toughened glazing or replace it with polycarbonate, a more opaque alternative but with better light defraction and insulating characteristics which prove valuable if the greenhouse is heated over winter.
Inside the greenhouse you'll discover a spacious area full of possibilities. You enter through wide double doors with a low threshold, so access is easy if you are have a wheel barrow or if you garden from a wheelchair. Another set of doors can be fitted at the opposite end for maximum accessibility.
Ventilation is an important consideration in a greenhouse of any size, and one this large needs six air vents and two large louvre windows to provide an effective flow of air. More can be added if required.
There's a lengthy list of accessories so that you can personalize the greenhouse to own needs. Automatic vent openers for example will save you time and trouble, they are also particularly useful to maintain ideal growing conditions if you are away from the greenhouse for any length of time.
Staging is available in many different styles and sizes and there are many other options such as a kit to collect rainwater from the guttering, by using a butt this resource can then be recycled. Heaters are also available along with decorative finials.

Option 2 > Do I Need a Base?
Yes, quite simply you do. Greenhouse frames need to lip over a base (or upstand) which also allows the door to lip under the frame. The base also gives you the required height needed inside your greenhouse. Without a base your greenhouse would be 5ins too low.
Preformed Alloy Bases are available in either milled silver aluminium or powder coated to match your chosen frame colour.

Select this option if you intend to build your own Brick Base. Please note that the number of bricks used in the base height will result in a higher step-over into the greenhouse. Overlapping cills demonstrate a need for accuracy when building a brick base.

Elite's super strength slatted Aluminium or Power-Coated staging can be fitted to any Elite greenhouse through the use of cantilever bracing, which is attached directly onto the greenhouse framework with no visible legs, also keeping clear valuable workspace underneath.
You can have staging down one or both sides of your greenhouse, either to fully fit the sides or just to partially cover.

By adding a shelf or two to your greenhouse, you'll have added workspace areas to store small tools, pots and seedlings. Each set of shelves comes complete with the necessary braces to install them to your Elite greenhouse frame.
Shelving can be installed on both sides of your greenhouse.
Each shelf can be adjusted to any height you require and fit your greenhouse framework with the included diagonal braces.

A 2KW Electrical floor-standing heater that is ideal for smaller greenhouse where space is limited.
Using the separate digital thermostat you can set temperatures in the range of -50°C to + 99°C with an unrivalled output of 2000 W and air circulation rate of 400 m3/h. This ensures that your greenhouse is always maintained at the right level.

with Elite Standard Rainwater Kit
Each standard kit includes two downpipes (with stopper for the opposite end), offering one downpipe for each left and right side of the greenhouse. This allows rainwater to flow out of the two downpipes, and optionally be stored into two water butts (sold separately).
Purchasing two kits will give you four downpipes, one for each corner of your greenhouse, allowing rainwater to be optionally stored into four water butts (sold separately).
with Rainwater Kit to One Gutter Kit
An easy way to combine the integral gutters on your greenhouse roof to a single outlet.
This kit includes pipework that goes along the back of your greenhouse, connecting both sides of the integral roof guttering, then flowing out of one single downpipe.
This means that you will only need one water butt.
You do not require the standard rainwater kit if you opt for this version.

Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Please Note: Some retailers offer non-genuine copies of Elite greenhouse frames or Elite frames along with non-genuine glazing, bases, powder coating, staging and accessories. When purchasing from GardenSite, you are buying 100% genuine and official Elite products including the frame, glazing and accessories. All painted frames are protectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium; all fittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.
