Delivery Information
Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales
Delivery is normally within 7 - 10 working days for in-stock standard models of plain (silver) frames, and 10 - 20 working days for powder-coated / colour-frame models (as these are made to order).
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. Above Glasgow and Edinburgh, and the Scottish Highlands will unfortunately incur a separate delivery charge due to carrier restrictions - For a quote to these locations, simply add your chosen item to the basket, and then choose the "Quote Me Now" button at the bottom of the basket and we'll email you back with our lowest priced quotation for your consideration.
Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and any offshore islands will also need to be quoted for delivery on a case-by-case basis.
Choosing & Unloading Your Delivery
A delivery date will be booked in in advance via direct contact from the third-party courier service via phone, text or email. A choice of available dates will be available to you, with a 3-hour time slot on the chosen day.
Due to the nature of this product and carrier restrictions, we cannot always guarantee that the delivery can be made to a preferred location, including a room inside of your home or to the back garden, and on occasions may only be able to be made to the front of the property or the nearest location. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods on a pallet can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway).
