The Stockholm Grey Patio Cover from Palram Canopia's fabulous range of contemporary patio covers will add a modern and elegant aesthetic to your patio area whilst providing superb shelter from inclement weather and harmful UV rays.
Known for their toughness and durability, the 'Sunglaze' polycarbonate roof panels look like glass, without any of the drawbacks. They sport impact resistance and have been engineered to withstand extremely heavy snow loads, strong winds and they also block out 100% of harmful UV rays whilst allowing for maximum light transmission, making this cover perfect for all-year-round use.
Assembly has been made easy using the screw-free roofing system and pre-cut and drilled components with the roof panels sliding into place atop the robust and durable, powder-coated aluminium frame which will never rust and is virtually maintenance-free, saving you both time and money on preservatives.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Great product, customer service lacking
Overall, the product's quality is commendable and represents good value for the price, despite a recent increase. Upon delivery, the boxes were damaged; however, the product itself remained unscathed, with only minor markings observed. The assembly process was far more complicated than initially estimated based on the instructions provided by GardenSite. It required more than two people to assemble, and some parts were extremely heavy and more complicated to put together than the instructions implied. During installation, we discovered an incorrect component in the kit, preventing us from completing the assembly. After contacting the customer service teams at GardenSite and PowerM, we found the aftercare service to be lacking. There was a noticeable absence of empathy and understanding regarding the inconvenience caused by the incorrect part, as well as additional costs incurred by us. The replacement part took over a week to arrive, further exacerbating the inconvenience. While the product itself is excellent, the aftercare customer service requires significant improvement.
