Description
Working from home has never been so stylish with the Telluria Luminato 10 x 10 ft garden office, an excellent example of where contemporary style meets robust engineering.
Manufactured using some of the thickest hot-dipped galvanised double-walled steel panels you'll find on a metal garden building today, your office will be as tough as it is long-lasting, coming with a 20-year guarantee offered by the manufacturer. Further, unlike timber alternatives, your office will not require constant maintenance, saving you time, effort and money on preservatives.
The office, just like other Telluria structures, sports a thick, pitched pent roof which can handle extremely heavy loads, further speaking to the strength of the structure. This roof is made from opaque, insulated sandwich panels that allow a certain amount of sunlight to pass through, which together with a total of 4 full-length, double-glazed windows allow sunlight to pour in during daytime hours, so you'll never be short of light.
Entry to your office is granted through the double doors, which aside from the 2 full-length windows also sport a cylinder lock complete with keys, to keep any stored valuables safe from the outside world. Other useful features include ventilation to combat humidity inside and an integrated guttering system to allow for rainwater capture and drainage from the pent roof.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
