The Lifetime 8ft x 12.5ft wood look plastic shed 60305 is perfect for anyone seeking a durable, low-maintenance storage solution with a natural wood-look finish. Built from HDPE with a steel frame, it is UV-protected and weatherproof, ensuring your belongings are safe and dry.
Lifetime has built a strong reputation for delivering durable and long-lasting sheds with superb designs and this 60305 Lifetime shed is no different.
Constructed high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic which aside from UV resistance is also sporting Lifetime's Rough Cut™ texture which gives the appearance and texture of wood but without maintenance, painting, or treating.
The overall shed is supported by a powder-coated steel main frame, which gives optimal strength and provides great wind resistance to the structure. The high pitched apex roof easily allows rainfall and snow to drain off whilst adding to the distinctive appearance of the shed. This roof is supported internally by steel supports and trusses for maximum durability, enabling it to withstand bad weather and winds up to 65mph.
Access is granted through large steel-reinforced double doors which are, of course, lockable for added security (padlock not included). Once inside you'll notice the interior is well lit from the natural light that pours in through the 5 included skylights as well as the polycarbonate window.
In addition, an adjustable height shelf is included for valuable storage space of smaller items, and screened gable vents are present on either end to provide optimal air circulation inside; keeping your stored items dry and free from moisture throughout the year.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Overall and nominal measurements may be rounded up to the nearest cm/ft/inch and may include any roof overhang.
Lifetime buildings must be built on a flat surface, for example, a patio, decking, slabbed or concrete area. If the surface is not properly levelled and flat, the shed will not assemble correctly. Proper surface levelling will save you time in the long run. The base must be built above ground in order to avoid water pooling inside the shed.
At each corner of your flooring will be a slight indentation on the upper surface of the floor, this is designed so that you can drill through it to secure it to the foundation. Self assembly will take 2 adults approximately 2 - 6 hours to set up depending on the model and size.
