Our standard free delivery includes delivery within most Mainland England Postcodes
Our non-standard delivery service with an additional surcharge includes delivery within the following postcodes: AB, CF, DD, DG, DT, EH, EX, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TA, TD, TQ and TR. See our delivery options above for delivery surcharge prices to these areas. Excludes offshore isles which we are unable to deliver to.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 20 - 30 working days (4 - 6 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. In all cases, Mercia will contact the customer by SMS or email to grant access to Mercia's portal. The customer will then select their preferred delivery date. They will receive confirmation of the delivery date, a 48-hour reminder before delivery and a 2-hour time slot on the day of the delivery. Delivery is trackable on the portal.
Delivery with Installation Period
If you order your new building along with our installation service, delivery and installation will typically be completed within 20 - 30 working days (4 - 6 weeks)
Usually, the building is delivered on one day, with installation happening the next day or a few days after, so you'll need somewhere safe at home or in the garden for the structure's parts to be kept safe until then.
The installation team will contact you prior to booking in a delivery and installation date, and will request details about where your new building is going to be installed and to confirm that a suitable base area has been prepared.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Some of our products will arrive on a pallet, some will arrive fully assembled and some part assembled - please see the product description. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the house either on a drive or in a front garden. If you do not have either of these it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet and place the product somewhere safe. Disposal of any leftover pallet and/or packaging is the customer's responsibility.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. It's typically a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
