Description

Store your tools and equipment efficiently with the Globel 4 x 6 ft green lean to metal shed. Its compact design fits snugly against your wall or fence, saving space. Made from durable galvanised steel, it's rust-resistant, low maintenance, and easy to assemble.

Made from 0.33mm high tensile galvanized steel which has been hot-dipped and painted in a garden-friendly heritage green colour. The top quality materials from which this shed and others in the range are manufactured result in highly durable structures that are rust free and require minimal maintenance.

Very robust considering its lightweight nature, Globel sheds are braced for strength and should remain in excellent condition throughout the 15 year manufacturer's warranty. Conveniently the single door can be hung on either side.

The Globel range of storage sheds are designed to be installed onto a flat, hard surface such as a concrete plinth, paving bricks, slabbed area or similar, with the shed then getting anchored down to the floor for maximum integrity and strength.

Delivery Period

Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. In all cases, Mercia will contact the customer by SMS or email to grant access to Mercia's portal. The customer will then select their preferred delivery date. They will receive confirmation of the delivery date, a 48-hour reminder before delivery and a 2-hour time slot on the day of the delivery. Delivery is trackable on the portal.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Some of our products will arrive on a pallet, some will arrive fully assembled and some part assembled - please see the product description. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the house either on a drive or in a front garden. If you do not have either of these it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet and place the product somewhere safe. Disposal of any leftover pallet and/or packaging is the customer's responsibility.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. It's typically a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Don't bother with the foundation kit

We ordered the shed with the metal foundation kit as we intended to use it for laying timbers on (we were replacing an old shed which was sound but the floor had rotted away). When it was delivered, there were no instructions on how to assemble the foundation kit, and the instructions for the shed only referred to a poured concrete base prepared prior to consticting the shed. In the end, we just bolted the shed to the flags we already had laid on site, and didn't use the foundation kit, instead using wooden battens and plywood boards to floor the shed, so the foundation kit was a total waste of money. The shed itself is great, but I wouldn't bother wasting money with the foundation kit.
