Description
Tough, practical and with a smart contemporary appearance, the BioHort Neo 1A Single Door Metal Shed will accommodate and protect all your valuable garden tools and equipment, keeping them safe from weather damage and unwanted attention.
Access is through a single door that benefits from pneumatic spring and security is provided by a three way locking mechanism. The interior can be fitted out with a variety of accessories in addition to aluminium flooring and panelling. Insulation is available and a second door can be installed if required.
Integral roof guttering is included as standard and a lightly tinted acrylic glass panel allows light into the interior. LED lighting is a further option and another glass panel can be fitted along with shelves and hangers. A electric mounting will allow you to use power tools and the shed is large enough for two types of bicycle holder.
Built from galvanized steel which has a durable polyamide coating in a choice of colours - silver, quartz grey or dark grey - that can be used in combination to maintain its pristine appearance, the shed boasts a 20 year guarantee and is specifically designed to withstand high winds and inclement conditions.

Floor Accessories
with Floor Frame Kit (41014)
This floor frame kit provides a strong foundation for creating a floor when your shed is being placed on top of a soft ground surface such as gravel. It can then be infilled with concrete or gravel, or used with the floor panel accessory to create a metal floor.
Crafted from aluminium and includes fixings.
with Floor Panel Kit (48014)
A metal floor panel kit designed to be used with the floor foundation frame kit, to create a sturdy, metal floor inside your shed. Imprinted with anti-slip grooves.
Note: These floor panels are designed to be raised and supported by a filling underneath, such as 3cm hard foam XPS boards (not included).
Interior Panelling & Insulation
with Interior Panelling Set (46051)
A set of metal, interior wall panels finished in a white-grey colour.
They are simple to hook onto the side walls of your shed, and can optionally be used with the insulation kit - ideal if you're looking to create your own home office, workshop, or hobby room.
with Insulation Set (46081)
Designed to be used with the interior panelling set, this insulation set includes ready cut-to-size 40mm thick insulation polystyrene boards, that can fit between a gap between your shed's outer wall, and the interior panels.

with Matching Side Door
Add a matching side door to your shed. It includes a door handle with 3-way locking mechanism, hinges and gas assisted spring damper. Please Note: The hinges can only be fitted on the right-hand side and the door within the broadside. Size: 80cm Wide by 185.5cm High.

Add some light to your Neo shed with an acrylic glass panel which is mounted in a metal frame and can be installed flexibly on either side walls.

2) Our approved installers will initially contact you to confirm your details and the installation area a few days after placing your order.
3) Await delivery of your garden building and check the contents are correct.
4) Update the installation team that your garden building has been delivered, an installation date will then be arranged.
5) The installer team will attend your property and install the building to the highest of install standards.
Note: Installation is only available within mainland England, Wales & Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands Installation does not include any preparation of base areas.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales.
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. All IV; KW; PA; PH; KY; AB; DD and most of FK postcodes along with Highlands and Islands will incur a separate delivery charge. In some cases, we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Delivery Period
Delivery may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
