Description
A modern structure both in appearance and the materials used to build it, the BioHort Neo 1C Single Door Metal Shed offers a safe, secure and weatherproof place for all your garden equipment, tools and many other items such as cycles and domestic goods.
You enter the shed through a single door assisted by a gas spring and secured by a three way locking mechanism. Another side door can be installed to make access even easier and a acrylic glass panel allows light into the shed, a further panel can be optioned together with LED lighting to ensure a bright interior.
Only high quality galvanized steel is used to manufacture the shed, and this is protected by a very durable polyamide coating. Integral roof guttering is already fitted and there are many accessories to personalize the structure such as shelving, baskets and, of special interest to cyclists, vertical and horizontal hangers for your bike. For power tool users, an electric mounting panel can be installed.
More options include a strong base, attractive and practical panelling and tough aluminium flooring. You can choose the colour of your shed from silver, quartz grey or dark grey which can be used singly or in combination and, because the shed is so well specified and appointed, BioHort can offer a 20 year guarantee.

Floor Accessories
with Floor Frame Kit (41034)
This floor frame kit provides a strong foundation for creating a floor when your shed is being placed on top of a soft ground surface such as gravel. It can then be infilled with concrete or gravel, or used with the floor panel accessory to create a metal floor.
Crafted from aluminium and includes fixings.
with Floor Panel Kit (48034)
A metal floor panel kit designed to be used with the floor foundation frame kit, to create a sturdy, metal floor inside your shed. Imprinted with anti-slip grooves.
Note: These floor panels are designed to be raised and supported by a filling underneath, such as 3cm hard foam XPS boards (not included).
Interior Panelling & Insulation
with Interior Panelling Set (46056)
A set of metal, interior wall panels finished in a white-grey colour.
They are simple to hook onto the side walls of your shed, and can optionally be used with the insulation kit - ideal if you're looking to create your own home office, workshop, or hobby room.

Designed to be used with the interior panelling set, this insulation set includes ready cut-to-size 40mm thick insulation polystyrene boards, that can fit between a gap between your shed's outer wall, and the interior panels.

Add a matching side door to your shed. It includes a door handle with 3-way locking mechanism, hinges and gas assisted spring damper. Please Note: The hinges can only be fitted on the right-hand side and the door within the broadside. Size: 80cm Wide by 185.5cm High.

Add some light to your Neo shed with an acrylic glass panel which is mounted in a metal frame and can be installed flexibly on either side walls.

1) Purchase your new garden building along with our approved installation.
2) Our approved installers will initially contact you to confirm your details and the installation area a few days after placing your order.
3) Await delivery of your garden building and check the contents are correct.
4) Update the installation team that your garden building has been delivered, an installation date will then be arranged.
5) The installer team will attend your property and install the building to the highest of install standards.
Note: Installation is only available within mainland England, Wales & Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands Installation does not include any preparation of base areas.

Delivery Information
BioHort UK Delivery
All BioHort products are imported into the UK directly from the BioHort factory in Austria on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories). Delivery may be extended during busy times of the year or delays out of our control such as delays at customs or ports. Once your order has arrived in the UK, a delivery date will be provided by email or phone from the carrier.
The timeframe for order completion to delivery is usually within 14 - 21 working days
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. All IV; KW; PA; PH; KY; AB; DD and most of FK postcodes along with Highlands and Islands will incur a separate delivery charge. In some cases, we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Cancellation Rights
This product range is imported and delivered on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories), meaning that if you decide to cancel the order after the item has been imported or despatched, cancellation and return delivery charges may apply.
Vehicles Access
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. The driver(s), due to health and safety regulations are not obliged to carry these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
