Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions we can't ship this product range to the following offshore isles: Barray, Fair, Fetlar, Flotta, Foula, Gramsay, Hoy, Isle, Ronaldsay, Scalpay, Scilly, Unst, Virkie and Yell.
Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

Ordered the stag a while ago and were told he would arrive in September. He arrived yesterday and looks even better than we hoped the packaging ensured he arrived safely and now he sets off our garden magnificently.

Escape from the city
Bought this ornament after I moved back to the city to remind me of the wildlife I used to see when I lived in the countryside. The subtle changes in the shades of paint make the stag look very realistic. Especially love how the antlers stick out above the tops of my shrubs and flowers!
