Absolutely adore him! The detail is so life like. Prior to buying I contacted the garden centre to ask some questions. Very helpful and informative. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was more than enough to ensure he had a comfortable journey. Worth every penny! 😍

Knew the product so was not surprised by quality. On other site reviews the biggest problem is often packaging and resultant damage. No such issues here with more than ample padding and protection. as my dustman will testify. Very good customer service when I spoke on phone to check delivery etc.

Fantastic service
My gorilla was not in stock until September when I ordered it in July which was clearly stated on the website, but I thought it was really good customer service when I was phoned the day of my order to clarify I knew this, and then the added bonus was I received a phone call to tell me the gorilla was now In stock and ready for delivery at a day I chose to be convenient, and a few weeks earlier than expected, when it was delivered it was packed brilliantly with protective sponge padding and was unpacked by myself with not a scratch on it, over the moon and very happy with every aspect of buying from this company. 😃👍
