Description
Haddonstone's memorial urn with planter top and a stone-cut inscription offers an elegant way to remember a loved one who has recently passed.
Crafted from cast limestone, it is British-made using traditional techniques and matures over time just like natural stone, letting it perfectly blend in with the garden as time passes by. This design features a planter top that allows you to plant your or your loved one's favourite flowers that will flourish with the season.
There's room for two poly-urns inside the feature, and one poly-urn is supplied as standard - a second can be added using the accessory options below. A stone-cut inscription is also included, which includes the memorial's first name, surname, year of birth and year of death. However, you can add additional words and characters to the inscription if you desire through the extended inscription service found below.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales for Orders over £400.00.
Free delivery within Mainland England and Wales for Haddonstone orders over £400. Orders under £400 will incur a £40 delivery charge.
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.
Scottish Highlands, Offshore & Worldwide Delivery
Scottish Highlands, offshore delivery and delivery outside of mainland England and Wales may be possible, and if so we will email you a separate quotation to confirm delivery and crating charges to your location before processing your order. In all instances you may contact us for a delivery quotation prior to ordering, please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Delivery Period
As these products are made to order and need time to be crafted and cured, delivery will typically be made within 20 - 30 working days (4 - 6 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product Procedure
This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
