Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Good quality and detailed statue

Nice quality Buddha statue with a good level of detail throughout. Has a good weight to it, so will not blow over and will last the elements well. Looks very good on the patio and complements the bamboo bush there. A nice addition to the garden and satisfied with it.

A quality product at a competitive price.

The buddha arrived well packaged ,delivered by a friendly helpful courier.On unpacking I was very pleased with the quality of casting and granite type finish.The item weighs about 12 kg and so will sit in any garden without being blown or knocked over it is also frost proof which is great as it can be put in the garden and left to weather in naturally .I would recommend this trader for quality of product excellent customer service and good value.Thank you .A+++++

Excellent Buddha

Having looked around for some time for a Buddha statue for the garden I was delighted to find this one online. It has crisp lines and definition, is solid (won't blow over in the winds) and just what we were looking for. A really good buy.

a buddha experience

statue is well designed, and size is just right, for my garden, I thought the driver could have been a little bit more helpful with the unloading of the statue, lucky for me it was not to heavy, but in general everything was satisfactory.-----------pc
