Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Sophia Garden statue

I love this statue of Sophia, and to be truthful, I did have one until the summer this year and was cleaning my pond out, and accidently knocked into the empty pond, a she broke into lots of pieces. However I liked her so much, she had to be replaced. She is now back in place, toes in water and looks lovely.

The original delivery was not great to be honest and when it did arrive the item was damaged. However GardenSite were brilliant, they replaced the item with no fuss and the second delivery was very good.

Had a delivery of the Enigma Sofia Statue yesterday and we are absolutely delighted with it. It came earlier than expected ( which was a bonus) and was really well packed and secure. Delivery driver was very pleasant and accommodating. Sofia looks wonderful in the garden. We could not have chosen better.

MY BEAUTIFUL SOPHIA

I'm over the moon with this statue. I've had a stone feature made in the garden that looks like a stream and she is sitting beside it on a marble stone with her toes in the 'water'. Sets everything off a treat! She was well packed and crated for delivery by lorry. Excellent quality. I couldn't be more pleased.

What is the size of the wall needed for Sophia to sit on, so that her toes touch the ground and she will be stable?

Dear Jennifer Thank you for your question. When Sophia is sat on a flat surface her toes touch the floor but her heels are raised. When sat on a 40mm Brick her toes still touch the ground.
