Description
The Elephant Ornament is a marvellous portrayal of a fabulous animal whose existence in the wild may be threatened but whose presence can have a fantastic impact on any location.
Standing over 6ft tall and made from lightweight but very durable aluminium, skilled craftsmen have created a true to life and particularly engaging portrayal of an elephant showering himself with water drawn up by his trunk from a nearby water hole.
To make the Elephant Ornament even more realistic, there is a hose that stretches from his trunk to one of his feet. If this is fitted to a water supply and pump (not supplied), water can be made to spurt out as shown by one of the photographs.
With impressive tusks and the small ears that indicate the elephant is from Asia rather than Africa, there's no doubt that this is an imposing and very detailed depiction of one of the world's most iconic and best loved animals.
