The first delivery although beautifully and sturdily packed was damaged in transit. It was collected and replaced with no quibble. It is an incredibly lifelike piece, and looks stunning in our garden. I have given value for money 4 stars as it is quite a bit cheaper on other websites; but having said that the service I received was second to none, and worth the extra.
