This product will be delivered via a parcel delivery company.

Our standard inclusive parcel delivery is to mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Unfortuantely, we are unable to deliver this product to areas of Scottish Highlands where the carrier is unable to service, as well as to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or any other Isle.

Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places, it's typically a lorry between 7.5 - 18 tonne. This will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location where a parcel can be delivered (front door / porch). Our drivers are unable to carry these items inside your home or back garden.

Dreaming Dragon excellent quality with very prompt delivery

We ordered the Dreaming Dragon to sit next to a chimney pot on a roof as a feature, it looked amazing once painted and really stood out when placed next to the pot. We found both customer service and courier company were extremely helpful and delivery of the dragon was prompt and was very well packaged.
