Description

This comfortable and robust Single Seat with One High Arm is another addition to the truly stunning Layout collection from Barlow Tyrie.

Choose from either a chalk or carbon beige upholstery and back cushion, made from Sunbrella® Rain® fabric, an easy to clean fabric that is also completely waterproof, so you can leave your furniture outdoors. Powder-coated, 316 marine grade stainless steel has been used to construct the frame so you can relax with your furniture knowing it will resist the elements and stand the test of time. The frame comes in 2 different colours to match either the chalk or the carbon beige upholstery and back cushion. 

With the layout range, everything is modular, meaning you have endless possibilities with the set up of your furniture. This piece has a higher arm than it's other single armed counterpart.

Delivery Period
Delivery of standard in-stock products will typically be made within 7 - 10 working days.
Products that require bespoke upholstery from your chosen fabric option, cushions in a bespoke upholstery colour option and furniture covers may take an extended delivery timeframe from 6 - 8 weeks as these are made to order.
We are happy to advise delivery timeframes for bespoke fabric options on a case-by-case, simply contact us for a more accurate lead time with details of the product(s) and upholstery/cushion colour that you require.

Bespoke Product Procedure
Some products in this range, including but not limited too those with upholstery colour options on furniture, cushion colour options, engravings and inscriptions are made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore are exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply. 

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
