The largest size in the BioMaster Thermo range, the 850 external filter will work effectively to improve water quality in your aquarium thanks to its high filter volume which consists of Hel-X and filter sponges.
Ideal for use in freshwater and marine aquariums, this filter comes complete with multi-stage filtration which will create optimum aquarium water quality. Complete with various fine and coarse sponges that are mounted on the inside of the main filter section, as well as 2 layers of Hel-X 13 BioMedia, this product's innovative combination of grade foams and BioMedia produces unparalleled mechanical and biological filtration. This combination will prolong the product's longevity, ensuring an extra-long service life.
The EasyClean pre-filter section can be easily removed for cleaning - the best part being that you won't need to worry about disconnecting the hoses! Also included is a robust built-in priming button which facilitates a fast startup either after cleaning or upon installation.
Despite its size, this filter runs extremely quietly and doesn't use much power, meaning it won't cost you an arm and a leg in energy bills. What's more, the shut-off mechanism and safety lock will prevent unwanted water leaks during the filter cleaning process.
Don't forget that this product also comes with an integrated and adjustable heater for precise water temperature control.
