I was asked by our electrician to order 4 new lamp holders which I expected to be quite difficult but Garden Site had the same diagram as in the instruction booklet which made ordering the replacement parts simple. Very impressed!
I would like to replace the bulb holder in one of my LunAqua 10 lamps, but I can't see how to remove it. If I order the Spare Lamp Holder (15) 34408, does it have fitting instructions? I tried removing the small Philips screw in the holder, but that didn't release it!
We Replied:Dear Dave Thank you for your question. Parts 10 and 6 must be removed before the light can be uninstalled, The spare lamp holder will come on its own without instructions so we would recommend contacting the manufacturers Oase on 01256 896886 for fitting instructions.
