Recently I moved house and inherited a garden pond. There is a Oase Biotec 4 filter box with associated pump and a UV Briton light. The previous owners have left no instructions and I do not know how old the equipment is. I believe the pump has not been turned on for over 12 months. Taking appropriate precautions I have tested the pump light etc and even after over 12 months of total neglect they all worked perfectly. I guess a tribute to the product, not particularly the owners! However, there are a series of foam filters in the box and a net of small stones. The filters have deteriorated and Oase recommended I contact you so you can point me in direction as to the correct replacements. Please can you tell me which parts I should order?
