Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

Lovely cascading water feature
Lovely waterfall, easy set up and realistic, you can really hear the water, so the pump works well. As the solar panel has a battery back up it works no matter sun or cloud. The light in the bottom pool looks lovely when dark and over all I would definitely recommend. It is pricey though, but if you don't want something that stops the moment a cloud appears (we are in England) then it is definitely the better option.Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days, had to wait a week as out of stock only found out when I rang up. This product comes directly from supplier so possibly better communication needed.

Does the water go inside the unit or just in the front lower bowl?
We Replied:Dear Julia Thank you for your question. Water is contained mainly in the front lower bowl, but also in the smaller bowls above and is then pumped to the top to cascade down the feature.
