Description
The Large (Crystal Ball) Fountain Water Feature is wonderfully original, creating a marvellous effect that can be enjoyed in both house and garden.
Acting as a centrepiece is a spinning glass ball, and the flowing water together with LED illumination produce a tremendously intriguing effect.
Fully appreciated after dark, this feature is crafted from heavy duty resin, a highly durable material that is weather resistant.
It is self-contained, so includes a reservoir and pump instead of having to be plumbed into the mains, and comes complete with a 10 metre cable for easy positioning.

Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

I have bought this product before and it was beautiful to the point I decided to purchase it again. Unfortunately the manufacturing ia very poor to the point I would of returned it if I hadnt cut the wires .

LOOKS FANTASTIC!!
This is the 2nd of these water features I've had. The 1st one, unfortunately we left out in winter and the base cracked...(Lesson learnt - Empty out water & cover in winter) I was gutted as I absolutely loved this feature. We did try to 'seal up' the crack but were unsuccessful. I was so pleased to find another through this site at a competitive price. It arrived very quick and as we had had one previously we installed it with no problems. It was packaged very well in a sturdy box with lots of polystyrene packing.

Water feature with crystal ball

My Wife & I both agreed this was must have !
Like many of your reviewers, we saw this on display in a local Garden Center at higher cost but bought it anyway (trying to support local Traders) only to find that when we set it up at home it was leaking and the Ball would not rotate correctly so returned for refund. Attractive Feature in the garden
I too saw this fountain at an up market garden centre at much more than I paid for it on this site. It is most attractive in the evening when lit up. The ball does slow down, but we found that adding more water, especially in this hot weather, keeps it going. Would recommend this seller and product.

I already have this water feature, but the ball is very reluctant to spin. It doesn't spin as quick as it did when I first bought it, sometimes stopping altogether. Can you recommend anything to rectify the problem?
