Knotted Willow Falls Water Feature
Received the item safely, with delivery very prompt. Easy setting up and feature working within 2 days with delightful results. Appears very well made, and visitors were amazed it wasn't a tree trunk! Very pleased with the feature and effects, and provided an attractive garden feature. Two negatives which disappointed us greatly and which should be addressed by the manufacturer: 1. The weir plastic honeycomb water weirs were next to useless after 2 weeks, rapidly decaying and breaking up. But the water feature functions well without them. 2. The wiring from transformer (in garden house) to the water feature pump should have a waterproof pin connection close to the pump, so the pump can be disconnected and stored safely away for winter with the water feature. As it is, we will have no alternative but to leave it in situ, in a plastic bag underneath an overturned bucket.
