David Asked:
What is the difference between the larva and nebbia colours?
We Replied:
Dear David
Thank you for your question.
This fountain is only available in the relic larva, The main difference in the colours is that the relic lava is more of a suede light brown with a slight brassy tone coming through and the nebbia is more of a dark grey with a slight ting of green, this is shown on the Henri Classic finial fountain.

Peter Asked:
My Equinox fountain requires water replenishment every few days. It is a recent acquisition and sits on a level buff slab, therefore any leakage would show. I do note some splash equally spread around floor and accept wind and evaporation effects. Would using small pebbles in bowl help? Any other advice would be welcome.
We Replied:
Dear Peter
Thank you for your question.
We have had these features on display and it is fairly standard to have to refill with water every couple of days. Pebbles may help but we have never tried that method.

Stuart Asked:
I have just purchased this product and there is no mention how to fit the light ring, can you help?
We Replied:
Dear Stuart
Thank you for your question.
The light ring should fit into the top ball and then the wire goes down the hole and connects to the transformer.

Graham Asked:
The clear rubber stopper has 2 holes which look too small for the cables, particularly the light cable with the plug on the end. Which cable goes through which hole?
We Replied:
Dear Graham
Thank you for your question.
We have spoken to our representative and they have advised that the rubber bung splits into two so the light connections can fit through.

If the Equinox fountain has all the water taken out for the winter, does it still need a cover?
We Replied:

A cover is still recommended to prevent the possiblilty of rain water collecting in the fountain, and then freezing, which could cause damage to the fountain.

Amy Asked:
What is the weight of this fountain? Would it require a cement base or could it sit on a concrete slab placed on top of the soil of a raised bed?
