Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

Can the flow be adjusted to allow for a stronger fountain feature?
We Replied:Dear Elizabeth Thank you for your question. The flow can only be reduced. If a stronger fountain is desired you could uss a larger pump, your only restriction is the reservoir where the pump sits, this is very small and usually only accommodates the pump supplied. We Replied:Dear Judith Thank you for your question. You can extend the flex to 20 metres with 3 core cable. The pump can be removed but that will entail extraction of the whole cable, the reason we suggest covering it in winter is not just for pump protection but also to prevent frost damage to the feature.
