Description
This Falling Water Feature from Henri Studio sits gracefully at just over 1.2 metres high. It has been lovingly crafted from high quality crafted concrete and is finished in a relic azura colour tone.
LED lighting is included, which when installed helps to create a wonderful atmospheric effect around a very classically shaped piece crafted from high-quality materials and supplied with a 10-metre power cable.

Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

Great Water display
Looked about for quite some time for a suitable water fountain for the garden. Visited GardenSite's show site, as there was one on display. Just what I was after. It was delivered within about a week. Great service and friendly help and advise.

Henri Falling Water Feature - Genuine Bargain
Seen this feature elsewhere but a lot more expensive. Finally in situ and looks stunning in our oriental themed garden with the sound of the soothing waters and light to complete the look. If you are looking to buy be aware it takes three to lift the basin onto the pedestal as it is extremely heavy but this is to be expected as it made from stone which gives it stature. Unfortunately we had a leak from the silicone bung but this has been rectified thanks to prompt after sales service. All in all delighted with my purchase. Thank you Garden Site this has truly enhanced our garden. :)

Just what we were looking for!
We spent some time looking for a fountain and this fitted our requirements exactly! It looks very impressive and the light is powerful and illuminates the wall. The sound of the water bubbling is loud and together with the lighting is better than TV at night. As said elsewhere, you need some additional muscle to get it in place but if you want stone it is a price worth paying!

Be prepared for a bit of heavy lifting, but installed this heavy stone fountain looks like a 300 year old original! Fantastic value for money, really happy with my purchase

Henry Falling Water Fountain.
When ordering this water fountain you must seriously take into consideration that it is exstremely heavy, but looks great when installed, also there was a slight chip on the base but nothing to be to concerned about.

We Replied:Dear Phil Thank you for your question. The pump is located within the centre of the main basin. We have a PDF document on the product page which has a diagram of how the included pump and LED light are fitted inside, if you would like to see how they are installed. In regards to the pump size, it has a capacity of 1100 litres per hour and has been tried and tested as the most suitable pump to create the steady flow of water out of the top of the fountain, as seen in the pictures. The pump can be changed to a more powerful pump, however this could mean that water is pumped too high and potentially spray water over the fountain edges, rather than steadily within its confines.
