It is important for us to ensure all customers are supported and that GardenSite can provide you with the reassurance and high level of after sales service that all Henri Studio products deserve. 

How to make a claim?

Having an issue with your Henri product but not sure if it can be troubleshooted at home or whether it qualifies for an official claim? We kindly ask all customers to take a read through our FAQ page which contains lots of useful information which should help you to establish whether what you are experiencing is a simple maintenance issue or a genuine manufacturing fault. Doing this will save you time and will allow us to come to a more accurate resolution.

If you believe your problem qualifies for replacement part(s), please see below on how to submit an official claim:

Gather the necessary information specific to your individual concern PRIOR to contacting us. There 3 main pieces of paperwork/information that we will need to consider before we can initiate the process are:

  1. Proof of purchase: normally in the form of a digital receipt which you should have received upon placing your order. Please ensure this clearly shows the original date of purchase. If you do not have your Proof of Purchase, we will more than likely be unable to process a claim on your behalf.
  2. Details of the issue: if known, please identify exactly which part of the product is faulty (pump, lights, main body etc.).
  3. Images of the perceived problem: if possible, please take 1 or 2 clear photos of the issue(s). This will help us to assist you in the most efficient and appropriate manner. 

Once these details have been established, please email us on [email protected] or give us a call on 0121 355 7702. Please be advised that if you call, we will more than likely request that you follow up in writing via email. This is because most manufacturers will not process a claim without seeing solid ‘evidence’ (photos/videos) of the issues first. This is a standard across-the-board procedure that must be actioned before a claim can be further processed. Once written communication has been received, we will make all endeavours to get back to you within 3-5 business days.

Important factors to note:

  • A successful claim does not mean that your fountain will be replaced in whole. Generally, we will send out individual replacement parts only.
  • If you cannot provide your Proof of Purchase, or your product is outside of the 1 year warranty period, we will not be able to process a claim on your behalf. However, we can provide details on how to purchase the relevant replacement part.
  • If a fountain has been delivered damaged, this must be reported straight away without delay, please ensure all packaging is retained and images are clearly taken of the product and its packaging.
  • All valid claims will have to be approved by Henri Studio USA who will instruct us to act within the UK to supply the relevant spare. Despite this, your contract will remain with the retailer from where the product was originally purchased and contact should remain between you and them only.
