RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2026: A Celebration of Nature, Craftsmanship, and Seasonal Inspiration

GardenSite is proud to be part of the RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2026, supporting one of the show’s most exciting new gardens while celebrating the start of the gardening season in spectacular style. One of the first major flower shows of the year, the festival marks a much-anticipated opening to summer, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Malvern Hills and filled with vibrant planting, innovative design, and horticultural inspiration.

Spotlight on Show Gardens: The Crafted Garden

Among the highlights for 2026 is a brand-new category of gardens, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to outdoor design. One standout is The Crafted Garden, designed and built by Jamie Dobinson of Crafted Landscapes in East Sussex.

Inspired by the British woodland, The Crafted Garden explores the therapeutic and restorative qualities of natural environments. It responds to the challenges of a changing climate, showing how woodland landscapes can adapt to warmer temperatures, heavier rainfall, and longer periods of drought.

Trees are used to create shade and enclosure, while the land is carefully shaped to slow, collect, and retain water, supporting both sustainability and biodiversity. The result is a calm, immersive space that reconnects people with nature.

GardenSite x Crafted Landscapes: A Collaborative Vision

GardenSite is delighted to be supporting The Crafted Garden through a creative collaboration with Jamie Dobinson. As part of this partnership, we have supplied two of our freestanding Moon Gate arches, which have been thoughtfully adapted to suit the garden’s woodland character.

Our Moon Gates are elegant circular structures inspired by traditional Eastern design, offering both visual impact and symbolic meaning. They act as inviting thresholds within a garden, drawing visitors through spaces while framing views and creating a sense of journey.

Within The Crafted Garden, these Moon Gates have been reimagined using natural materials and textures to blend seamlessly into the woodland setting. They play a key role in the garden’s story, adding structure, balance, and a timeless design feature that enhances the overall experience.
