Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales
Standard inclusive delivery to mainland England and Wales.
Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. Scottish Highlands (highlands as deemed by the carrier) will incur a custom quoted delivery charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or any other offshore island.

All Riverside Woodcraft products are made locally, in Staffordshire, England.
Delivery will typically be made within 4 - 5 working days.
Delivery is completed via a third-party courier, usually either Parcel Force, Fedex, DHL or Royal Mail.
Any cancellation of an order after your item has been dispatched may incur return charges.
Assembling Your Product
Bird tables are delivered with partial assembly required. The house/head is always delivered ready-assembled, and simply requires assembly of the stand for the head to be installed on top of.
Nest boxes and hedgehog houses are delivered fully assembled, ready to use straight away in the garden.
