If you want to spend more time in your garden, and transform its appearance by adding structure and interest, there's probably no better way than to introduce a stylishly attractive building such as the Lugarde Prima Sebia Summerhouse.
Already with a very handsome appearance, you have several coloured treatments to choose from to suit the location and the roof felt shingles also come in a variety of colours. And that's not all, there's chrome and brass metalwork alternatives and different finials to enhance the roof.
If the exterior is attractive, then the interior offers a generous amount of useful space that is flooded by light through double glazed Georgian style windows. Used for relaxation during the summer, this is a multi-purpose space that can easily be converted to a garden gym or hobby room.
Build quality is second to none, using top grade pine wood that has come from northern European forests. This timber is slow to grow, very stable and dense, perfect for its purpose.
All the wood has been kiln dried, so with moisture eliminated, there's little chance of warping. In addition, there's a larch floor and the foundation beams are pressure treated to combat rot. All these qualities add up to a very stable, durable structure that is impressively weather resistant.
Installation is helped by the Prima 3=1 assembly system that has been uniquely developed for the Lugarde range. It means that the wall sections can be simply slotted into uprights, and no nail and screws are needed.
So there's little if anything to dislike about the Prima Sebia Summerhouse, a great building that will embellish any garden.
The building is supplied as standard untreated (except for the foundation beams which are pressure treated) and features casement windows PE21 (opening outwards) and a double door PE24 all with double glazing.

Vehicles We Use
Cabins are delivered directly to you from the Lugarde factory in Holland in a self-assembly kit form and will be offloaded using a piggy-back forklift truck to the nearest curbside only. The lorry is a large articulated type and so access must be suitable should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
Bespoke Products and Timber Variation.
A Lugarde building cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. These items are deemed a bespoke product and are manufactured on a one off basis specifically for you. Wood is a unique and natural product and the finish on the boards will vary. Variation will be seen as coarse or fine grain and shades of colour. Such properties are normal in wood and cannot be seen as a defect.
