Delightfully designed and exceptionally built, the Prima Leonie Summerhouse is another top-class structure from Lugarde that will enhance any garden.
Octagonal in shape, light floods through the classic double glazed Georgian windows and door. The interior is spacious, a delightful place to be when the weather is warm and the living is easy, sitting inside relaxing from the world outside with a good book or that day's newspapers.
This is a compact design, suitable for gardens of many sizes, is complemented by the use of lovely kiln-dried pine wood in its construction. An optional pine floor can finish the structure, while pressure treated foundation beams offer a very stable and solid structure.
The summerhouse's robust nature is further embellished by the Prima 3+1 system where wall sections are secured by sliding into aluminium lined uprights rather than by nails or screws.
There are several colours to choose from, both for the wood treatment and felt roof shingles. You can opt for whichever one most suits the landscape or impact you want the summerhouse to make. There are also other options, including a lovely finial for the roof.
The building is supplied as standard untreated (except for the foundation beams which are pressure treated) and features two casement windows PE21 (opening outwards) and a double door, all of which are double glazed.

Select Paint & Treatment
Spray Treatment - Spray treatment is completed on both the interior and exterior sections of your building, including a primer and after-spray treatment to protect the wood against rotting and fungi. Retreating the outside of the structure within 6-12 months for maximum weathering protection is recommended.
Paint - Paint options include both the spray treatment (above) with the addition of a paint covering in your chosen colour, giving the best solution for long term protection against weathering, rot and fungi as well as offering an exterior colour finish. The outer walls are spray treated and colour painted, whilst the inside is spray treated in a colourless treatment, protecting your structure for at least 5 years before needing retreating or repainting.
Choosing an Option - When choosing a spray treatment or paint option, you will need to choose either one spray treatment option, or one painted walls colour along with one painted windows & door colour.

Vehicles We Use
Cabins are delivered directly to you from the Lugarde factory in Holland in a self-assembly kit form and will be offloaded using a piggy-back forklift truck to the nearest curbside only. The lorry is a large articulated type and so access must be suitable should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
Bespoke Products and Timber Variation.
A Lugarde building cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. These items are deemed a bespoke product and are manufactured on a one off basis specifically for you. Wood is a unique and natural product and the finish on the boards will vary. Variation will be seen as coarse or fine grain and shades of colour. Such properties are normal in wood and cannot be seen as a defect.
