Blue may be your favourite colour but with the Lugarde Prima Bella summerhouse, you have alternative timber treatments and roof shingles which allow you to choose hues that best suit you and the landscape.
For such a stylish building, the summerhouse is also very practical, with a spacious 3.5m diameter interior that can have a number of uses, relaxation is one that comes to mind but it's easy to come up with many other ideas.
44mm walls and double glazing mean that, although this is called a summerhouse, it can be used throughout the year utilizing the light that streams through the windows and door.
Stability is provided by the kiln-dried northern European pine that is used in its construction, there's also pressure treated foundation beams that resist rot and add strength.
You might think that such a substantial building might be difficult to install but Lugarde's Prima 3=1 assembly system dispels this presumption, a unique way of sliding wall sections into aluminium lined corner uprights without the need for screws or nails.
The building is supplied as standard untreated (except for the foundation beams which are pressure treated) and features 2 casement windows PR28 (opening outwards) and a double door PR30 with double glazing.

Spray Treatment - Spray treatment is completed on both the interior and exterior sections of your building, including walls, door/window frames and floor. Spray treatment includes a primer and after-spray treatment to protect the wood against rotting and fungi. The outside of the structure should be re-treated yearly thereafter for maximum weather protection.
Painted - Painted options include the spray treatment (above) as a pre-treatment base coat followed by a paint covering in your chosen colour, giving optimal protection against weathering, rot, and fungi, as well as offering an exterior colour finish. The exterior walls, floor and window/door frames are spray treated and painted, whilst the inside walls, floors and window/door frames are spray treated in a colourless treatment. This option will protect your building for up to 5 years before repainting/retreatment is required.
Choose either a Spray Treatment or a Painted option. You do not need to select one of each.
